Welcome to my real estate website.  If you are in the market to purchase a new construction home within an existing development, then I am the realtor you want!  You ever wonder why new developments want you to fill out their card that asks if you have a realtor?  New developments pay realtors up to 3% commission of the purchase price if we find the buyers for them.  If a buyer comes in on their own, then the developer keeps the money (buyers will not benefit). So, if you want to purchase a new home, even if you already found the right home but have not yet signed a purchase agreement call me.  I will rebate 50% of my commission the builder pays me towards your home purchase. Simply put, if you are buying a $500,000 new home and the builder pays me 3% as your realtor that comes out to $15,000.  I will rebate/credit $7,500 towards your closing costs, down payment, or other fees allowed by your mortgage company.  It really is a simple process.  With 10 + years experience in buying new construction properties, I will also assist you from beginning to end in relation to reviewing the contract, selecting upgrades, lots, filling out closing paperwork, working with the developers agent to ensure everything is working out the way it is supposed to.  I don't think you will find another realtor who will give you full service treatment and offer you credit as well.

Selling your house?

Why Pay 6-7% to sell your house when I will charge you much less? I offer full service at a discount rate.  Your home will be on the MLS® plus all the major real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia,, Remax, Edina Realty and the rest of the local, regional and national real estate company who utilize the MLS®.  A traditional listing realtor charges the seller 6-7% commission, offers 2.7% to the buyers realtor, and keeps the remaining 3.3-4.3%.  I still offer 2.7% to the buyers realtor, but only keep 1.5% for myself. No gimmicks, This is what I charge! You will have a sign in your yard with listing brochures, a lockbox on the front door and we will set up automatic showing requests through the MLS®. I will also assist you with offers, all the paperwork, and closing.  That's right, I am a full service realtor, offering discounted commission rates. Instead of paying 6-7%,  you will only pay 4.2% and receive the same or better service from me, than from other traditional real estate agents.
